How do you convert A1C to glucose?
Equations used when A1C(mmol/mol) is entered: A1C(%) = (A1C(mmol/mol) / 10.929) + 2.15. Estimated average glucose(mg/dL) = (28.7 * A1C(%)) - 46.7. Estimated average glucose(mmol/L) = Estimated average glucose(mg/dL) / 18.015.

What is A1C for 170 blood sugar?
An A1c of 7% is approximately equal to an average blood sugar of 170 mg/dL, with each 1% increase corresponding to an increase of 35 mg/dL in average blood sugar, e.g. a A1c of 8% = 205mg/dL on average.
What will A1C be if blood sugar is 150?
“Our goal is for A1C to be 7 percent or less, and that's an average blood sugar of 150 (mg/DL) or less,” Izlar says. “So all the things that people with diabetes fear, these long-term complications, can almost be eradicated if your A1C stays in that range all the time.”
