You can't change the people in an existing chat. But, you can start a new message and add or remove people from the previous chat.

1. Open the Chat app

4. Add or remove people from the existing group:
   • To add people, enter their names or under Frequent, tap a suggestion.
   • To remove people, tap their name and then Delete.

1. On your iPhone, launch the Messages app. It seems to be a white conversation bubble in a green box.
2. Select the Compose button in the upper-right corner of your screen.

How to include someone in a group text message

In order to remove someone in a group text, there must be three or more participants in the group text (excluding yourself). If everyone uses iMessage, anybody may add or delete contacts.

As long as there are 3 or more persons in the group text message and everybody in the group has an Apple device as in an iPhone iPad, you may include someone in the group text message using iMessage – an Apple function. It is necessary for there to be 4 or more participants in a group text message for someone to be removed from the group, and everyone should be using an iPhone.

Types of iPhone Group Chat

On an iPhone, there are three sorts of group chats that you may join in or create:

• iMessage for groups. Everybody has iMessage enabled, and their messages display blue. Every element of iMessage is now accessible — from the ability to add or delete group members to using multimedia files and message effects.
• Group MMS. Since not everyone is using an Apple device or iMessage, the messages are showing up in green. Although many of the standard iMessage capabilities aren’t accessible, everyone in the group conversation may send and receive multimedia files and view all of the other members’ messages.
