The Dr. Dennis Gross Advanced Retinol + Ferulic Texture Renewal Serum comes boxed in a glass bottle with a dropper. Use about 8 drops for complete facial coverage. The solution is a gel that goes on smoothly and smells similar to licorice. It's an exotic smell that's okay, though a little different than other skin care products I've used. It feels good going on the face, providing instant hydration that absorbs quickly. Yes it’s a bit pricey, results are amazing so far. I heard through a grandmother Dr Gross is the real deal, and I had tried sooooo many things that were all decent, but she seems to have been correct, I’ve ordered additional dr gross products now, this stuff is amazing, I can see the pore reduction and tightening already, in night 3 . Really excited about this product.

I’ve been using this at least ten years. I can’t describe exactly what it does but I know my skin looks much better when I use it! I use it in the morning after Dr Dennis Gross peel and then put Dr Gross moisturizer over the serum. My skin looks good for my old age. I have no tiny wrinkles at 68

My favorite retinol I have tried!! It works wonders. It does smell foul but you get used to it after 2-3 uses and you don’t smell it actually on your skin, just out of the bottle

We got together for Thanksgiving w/ family and one of our cousin's skin looked absolutely radiant. After asking what the heck she was doing, she said she was using this serum and a good sunscreen/moisturizer. I immediately ordered it from Amazon and I am hooked! I had hormonal/cystic acne for most of my life and very uneven (red) patchy skin. After about 1.5 months of using this my whole face has been rejuvenated. I use it once and sometimes even twice a day and I still have about 40% of the serum left so a little goes along way. I no longer feel the need to use foundation or concealer and because of that have gained self esteem and feel genuinely good about my skin. High recommend.

I have always had problem skin. Even in my 60’s breakouts , fine lines , uneven skin tone etc. this product is so far good. Only been using for a few days but I feel and see a difference for the better. I don’t care that it doesn’t smell great I didn’t buy perfume , I bought it because I was tired of trying to hydrate and then have a breakout. I’m impressed and I’m in the industry. My skin is looking much brighter and tighter. I’m feeling relieve and I don’t care how much it costs.

I have oily acne prone skin. This does a great job of helping balance out skin with discoloration. I have been using retinol for awhile, so I felt comfortable using this 4x a week right off the bat. My skin loves the squalene, my skin just drinks it up and really smooths itself out. For someone with oily skin, this doesnt make my skin feel greasy or add more oil. I feel the price is fair for the results, and the bottle will last several months as you only need a few drops. You dont need to use every night so this can be stretched out to use for longer. Just make sure you let it dry and sink in and add a nighttime moisturizer afterwards to seal in everything and wake up with fresh soft skin. If you arent used to using retinol, I'd recommend only using 2x a week until you can tell that your skin can handle it.
