What are ReStores?

ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores that directly support local Habitat for Humanity efforts. All ReStores are open to the public, so anyone can shop from our inventory of new and gently used goods, at a fraction of the retail price. ReStores accept donated material from building contractors, manufacturers, and the general public. There are more than 50 ReStore locations across Michigan, all of which support their local Habitat affiliate.

By donating your household goods, you are helping families acquire the furnishings, appliances, and other materials that create a suitable home. Nearly any building or remodeling material that's in good shape can be recycled. Check with your local ReStore to see what items they accept.

Shop

ReStore inventories vary between locations, but almost all sell building material, appliances, and furniture. Plus, all proceeds help Habitat families.

Volunteer
