  • Extremely disappointing

    Absolutely horrible property very outdated not clean not safe I would almost describe this as a rundown crack Motel horrible experience even being an IHG loyal guest still was a nightmare service was horrible definitely would not stay here again. Requested service to my room and of course did not receive it a very nice lady from the front desk who appeared to be training said she would come and clean my room for me she left some towels she made the bed she did not replace any of the soap or coffee when I came back I was handed one K-Cup from the front desk but of course there were no cups or anything of that nature in my room so it was almost pointless couple hours later somebody brought me more coffee but again no cups no nothing typically and I have not seen this amenity get eliminated at any other IHG property there is normally a coffee station in the lobby 24 hours a day for guest not at this particular Hotel it was locked away and their breakfast area which definitely did not meet IHG standards there Express pancake machine was broken and of course no sign on it saying it was broken just a horrible place all together the ownership should be extremely embarrassed and IHG should have a real problem having this property associated with them.

  • Met our needs

    This worked out ok for us as we used IHG points and all of the hotels in the area were very expensive. The breakfast was nice and about usual for IHG. There was generally no attendant around and the pancake machine was out for our 2 night visit. The fitness room was let go and needed work and maintenance. Several machines had out of order signs and the fitness balls were partially deflated. The room seemed clean but there was no bar soap for the sink. The pullout couch did not have linens and was very uncomfortable. The staff were friendly. The main bed was comfortable. There is no electric car charging if that is a concern. Wawa and Walmart nearby offer that. There was some road and car noise at times. It was also pretty easy to hear the people above and adjacent. I would recommend the top floor. It seemed like the people around us were on a similar schedule so it worked out ok. It was about a 10 minute drive to the historic district. We found some of the previous guests clothes in the dresser. The hotel could use an update but it was ok for our needs under the circumstances.

  • Not Good, needs help!

    Staff was pleasant enough. The property needs a high level corporate team to come in and fix it. Check- in was flawed with a nonexistent problem with my credit card. Lobby rug is filthy. Furniture in the room was filthy, although I have to say the bathroom was clean, and the bed sheets were unstained. The mattress was way past its prime and needed replacement. Breakfast had a dysfunction each and every day of our 5 night stay. No coffee, no pancakes, no eggs, no anything you can think of, at some point along the way. Not simply that it went empty and the staff was in the process or refilling............ something was empty and remained that way for an extended period. On one morning an egg product was left in the steam tray for so long that it was thoroughly inedible and hard. No one bothered to check it, change it, or refresh it. Because of the credit card foul-up, they upgraded our room to a "suite"(?). This was a very strange room with a very big void space. Like something was missing from the room! Most likely another bed. It had a pullout couch, OK. But the couch was filthy. Even with a note handed to the front desk person, bathroom exhaust fan, bathroom door know, and an apparent electrical short with the entry light all went unrepaired. Over many years I've stay at many (dozens and dozens) of Holiday Inn properties. This was by far the worst.

  • Room was okay but the service was lacking

    We stayed there recently. We were there for three nights and they do not do maid service. i realize its hard getting help but the halls were dirty. We had a big water stain on the ceiling of our room. no drain stopper in the sink. Had a bit of a smell. I tried to use the fitness center and it was not open. The key card reader was not working. Breakfast was a waste.

  • Good Hotel, Needs Updating

    Ok Holiday Inn hotel that needs some updating. Check in was quick and front desk personnel was very friendly. The floors were stained and the elevator floors were dirty. The room was clean but the furniture was older and had some chips in it. Shower pressure was not so great. Gym needs updating and the breakfast was so so. I am a long time IHG member and although the hotel is nice and served its purpose it was not up to the normal standards I see in other IHG properties.
