conditions & facilities I liked my stay and it’s a good affordable option for those wishing to visit NYC. Staff was friendly and you’re near lots of subway stops. Some reviews mentioned problems waiting for elevators but I mostly didn’t have a problem. The bathrooms and most of bedroom were new and modern but some bedroom furniture was a bit dated (but who cares?). Cable tv was good. Internet was strong. Shower pressure was good but my
drain clogged easily and after less than ten minutes my shower overflowed. Pet friendly is a plus. Walls were a bit thin and I could hear my neighbors when they were loud. But the price was cheapest I found in Manhattan so I found it a very good value all things considered and would recommend as the negatives were really quite minor and my stay overall was pretty good.
