you should just wrap the roof black, it would probably cost about 75-100$ and if you’re feeling confident you can even do it yourself

This is pretty expensive. I would say with prep work and labor, around $1K to $2K.

Funny. I just got my 2010 civic coupe completely painted about 6 months ago. It was a hot $3,000. But it was worth it.

You can't "fix" that, it simply needs re-painted. For the roof only, I'd guess $1000 minimum. Add'l panels would be around $500 each. You may want to consider re-painting the entire car as well. Yes, it will add to the cost.

This is the roof of the car. It is also on the back above the trunk

You have to repaint the car, they made the clear coats water based from what I understand when they did the 8th and 9th gen civics. Poor paint from the factory. You aren’t alone either, it’s almost every one I’ve seen. Mine only has a little bit of that on one fender.

My civic has the same thing on the roof

You think its worth fixing?

Look through members rides. Someone had their 2k1 done already in Electric Blue. But as far as the prices go, your best bet is to contact a local bodyshop/paint place you trust and ask them.

A good paint job should cost you between 1500 - 3000 depending on how indepth it is. Including painting the engine bay and inside the doors.

Yeah I got a good deal from the guy I work here on my last ride when I get T boned and he fixed the car and had to paint it. Actually saved me money in the long run. But yeah I have no clue how much it would run for a whole car the prices I have heard are all over the place so yeah get the guy you trust to do it. Some guy I know here spend 850 for the whole car and HAHA it started peeling after a few weeks.

my brother was gunna repaint his green A4 black and went to the local body shop to get a quote- they said if you aren't repainting the car the same color, paint jobs will start around 2500.. they said if you wanted a good one (pearl, multi layered) it could get upwards of 3000-3500... more or less, if you want a paint job that is as good as the ones you get from honda, you'll probably pay 2800-3000 bucks..

Yep if you are changing colors and want it done right it's gonna be around $3000.

you can pay for a factory quality job for around 5 grand. Or you can go to Maaco and get $500 paint job and paint it several different times and colors very couple years. Its up to you.
