Before I get into the solution of volume adjustment, here is how you can pair both devices.

Click on Settings on your Fire TV screen. You can find it in the top section of your home screen of the Fire TV.

In the settings menu, scroll until you find the “Controls and Bluetooth Devices” option.

This will show you the list of controllers and devices connected to your Fire TV Stick. Now, at the bottom, you should find “Other Bluetooth Devices”
