Assemble a PDF Document
Insert Pages
Using the Insert Pages feature, pages from an existing PDF document or a scanner can be inserted into the current PDF document.
- Open your PDF document.
- Right-click in the PDF, and
select Insert Pages from the right-click menu.
- Choose from the available options to insert:

- For inserting from a file: within the Open a PDF Document dialog box, select the desired PDF file for insertion, and click OK.
- Within the Insert Pages dialog box, use the radio buttons
to select the location where you want the file inserted.
Note: The Insert at Page feature will insert the page just before the number you enter in the field. For example, if you enter a "2" in the Insert at Page number field, the file will be inserted as a new page 2, and the old page 2 will become the new page 3.
- Click OK when you have finished making your selections. The page(s) will be inserted into the document.
Delete Pages
Using the Delete Pages feature, pages can be removed from an existing PDF document.
- Open your PDF document.
- Right-click in the PDF you wish to alter, and
select "Delete Pages..." from the right-click menu.
- Within the Delete Pages dialogue box, select the pages to delete using the radio buttons and controls provided. You can choose to delete Current Page (the default setting), or Pages within a range.
Note: Deleting a page is a permanent action upon saving the document. If you change your mind after making a deletion, close the document without saving the changes, re-open it, and start over.
- Click OK when you have finished making your selections to delete the pages.
Tip: Use the Save a copy of the current PDF document icon on the toolbar, and save your work with a new name. The original PDF will remain unchanged, and you can always go back to it if you need to start over.

How to Delete Pages From PDF
Below we show how to delete pages from a PDF online (on a Mac or a PC).

Expand the 'Upload' dropdown and select your files.
Remove pages
Click 'Delete' on each page to remove the ones that you don't want.
Pages are really simiar to each other? 'Zoom' for bigger page thumbnails.
If you pause with your mouse over a page a 'magnifier' will show up.
Save updated PDF
Click 'Apply changes' to save your document, then 'Download'.
You're done! That was easy.
