Managing your Watch Next List on the Amazon Prime Video streaming app will not take too much time. You can do it in a few minutes, as long as you are set on what titles to clear and delete.

Open your Amazon Prime Video app (download here).
Login to your account.
Look for your Watch Next List.
Go to the upper right side corner of the list and click Edit.
The remove icon will appear on each movie or show.
Click the icon to delete the title that you want to remove.
After deleting all the contents, go back to the upper right side of the list and click Done.

3. On the Prime Video page, click the gear-shaped Settings icon in the top-right corner, and select Settings in the drop-down. You may need to enter your password on the next screen.
