I did a pregnancy test today as I’ve been having cramps, peeing more than usual, fullness feeling down below & swollen boobs and I got a faint positive on a cheap strip test

I’m confused as DP and I only had sex at the end of my period and no other time. Has anyone else conceived at the end of their period?

Maybe the test is wrong I’m going to buy a digital tester later.
