Liftmaster undisputed king of garage door openers and controls!

Lift master has been the go to brand for professional's and homeowners with it's ease of reliability and accessibility to obtain parts when needed , I have been in the garage door business for over 30 + years and have relied on Lift master and it's side brands such as Chamberlain and Sears craftsman for reliability! The 3 brands that Lift Master fall under are all manufactured under the Lift master name and use identical parts for all three brands! Home depot and Lowes sell the Chamberlain brand which is ( Lift Master) Go to Sears and you can buy the Craftsman brand which is also Lift master and if you are a professional contractor then you would be selling the Lift Master model but all in all they are one of the same ! The only thing that changes over the years is the technology along with frequency's that respond to your remotes ,so a garage door opener from 1977 won't have the same frequency as one of today but lift master still makes remotes that are compatible with older models . What I really love is the ease of programming that literally takes only 2 seconds to accomplish . On Genie and other brand names you need to get out the instructions since there are many steps to set the remote and the garage door opener to be able to communicate with each other which is a real hassle , Lift Master took the guess work out of the market by pressing 1 button on the garage door opener and then pressing 1 button on your remote to sync together ,Like I said literally 2 seconds and your done , keypad is just as simple by pressing 1 button which is called the smart button on your garage door opener and then pressing 4 digits on the keypad for your code and pressing enter and that's it ! No other garage door opener manufacture has done that . As far as parts are concerned they can be bought online very easily and if you like shopping for the best price just go to EBay and you can have your replacement parts in just a few days or get them through Sears Parts and you can have them the same day depending if a Sears parts center is near you! Either way their not hard to get like the other brands that are out there , The reason I chose to go with lift master was because they are so reliable and easy to repair and understand not only for me but for my customers .I hope this review gave you a little insight into this Brand of opener and controls ,Lift Master didn't become the Worlds largest selling opener by making unuser friendly machines They became the Worlds largest by selling a brand you can trust and Sears has been a trusted name in Merchandise for over 100 years by selling name brand product like the Craftsman opener made by non other then Lift master ! Imagine being able to sell millions of machines to Sears 3000 + stores around the country and then do the same for Home Depot and Lowes 10,000 +stores under the chamberlain name around the country while also producing millions of openers under their official name of Liftmaster ...That's a lot of garage door openers and if you look around next time your in a neighbors garage you will probably find one of those 3 brands hanging from their ceiling and don,t take my word for it , just ask your neighbor how they like their garage door opener! More then expected

I installed a different garage door opener, and the old remotes would not learn to it. I did a search on EBay and this was the one that I picked, and was very surprised at the quality and the ease of pairing it to my opener. Way better product then I expected for a remote.
