Enjoy! These delicious White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies are soft and chewy with the subtle tastes of White Chocolate and Macadamia Nuts blending together into the perfect bite of cookie.
Ingredients You Will Need
- Eggs: Large, room temperature eggs.
- Vanilla Extract: everything tastes better with vanilla extract.
- Butter: Sweet Cream Salted butter, softened to room temperature.
- Sugar: You will need Granulated Sugar and Brown Sugar for the cookie dough. We use Light Brown sugar in these cookies, but Dark Brown Sugar will be fine if that is what you have in your pantry.
- Flour: We use All-Purpose Flour for baking cookies.
- Baking Soda: to help create a soft cookie with a little bit of rise.
- White Chocolate Chips: We like both Nestle’s and Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips.
- Macadamia Nuts: We know they are expensive but they are super yummy. We bought a 6 oz. jar and had plenty for this batch of cookies and even had a few left over for a little snack.
How to Make the Cookie Dough
- Cream the softened Butter, Brown Sugar and Granulated Sugar in a mixer.
- Add the Eggs and Vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, add flour and Baking Soda and mix together with a fork or whisk.
- Add the Flour mixture a bit at a time to the cookie dough and mix until the Flour is completely incorporated with the dough. (Do not over mix.)
