How do I contact the New York title Bureau?

Please contact the Title Services Bureau at 1-518-486-4714 to update the address on your title.

How do I get a new inspection sticker in NY?

You can have your vehicle re-inspected or you can order a replacement sticker using the form Request for Replacement Inspection Sticker (PDF) (VS-118). Complete the form and mail it to the address on the form.

How do I get proof of plate surrender in NY?

We will mail you a plate surrender receipt (form FS-6T) as well as a refund check, if applicable. DMV will mail these to the address on the registration.
