8.2 GreatBased on 126 verified guest reviews 8.2Couples 8.3Solo 8.1Families 9.1Friends Pros + Cons - Time of Year: Mar-MayJun-AugSep-NovDec-Feb Sort by: Pros:Good location. Lots of variety at breakfast. Pros:The breakfast was good. i was impressed. Cons:When I opened the refrigerator I found a cup of berries left over from breakfast that was not cleaned out. The trash was not emptied and had a bag of popcorn in another trash can. Parking is a problem. The parking lot is not big enough for the hotel. The TV in the bedroom was so low you couldn't watch TV from the bed. The TV in the living room was so height it was like sitting on the front row of a movie theater. Pros:Room was comfortable and in perfect location for walking Trinity Park, restaurants, and night life. Cons:Not a thing! Pros:Location to attractions such as the botanical gardens, park system, museums and the stockyards was fantastic all within a short drive. Arrived a day early at midnight. They adjusted for us so that we could stay in the same room for the entire stay. Cons:Parking was tight as others have described something was always available. Black Friday maid service never happened but for the other days in our stay it was as anticipated or announced. They were still doing some repair / paint work but only a minor inconvenience. Pros:The pool was very clean and never cold, area around the pool was clean with outdoor music a nice touch. The staff was friendly and nice. Parking lot well lit and clean. Evening social a great idea with complimentary wine and beer with a light meal/snack. Never had to wait long for the elevator. Cons:In our King suite, layout of bathroom was odd and close to the bed. Refrigerator door opened from odd side. Food provided at breakfast slowly refilled. At evening social: Beer was not in plain sight. Wine was warm. Food was refilled slowly. Girls serving wine and food were very friendly and pleasant but they visited more with each other than prepare/serve food/wine. 2500 Museum Way, Fort Worth, TX 76107
