I know the salads at Trader Joe’s can be super hit or miss, but I LOVE this one. I feel like the unexpected cheddar and the pecans pair super well with the dressing and it makes the whole thing so so good. Honestly, it just really smacks. I have it for lunch at work all the time, and literally just finished eating it for dinner (with chicken added).

Do you guys have any other favorite underrated salads/items? I need more tasty gems like this in my life LOL
