The greeter told us there was traffic and that is why they were not at the airport on time for pick up. I found the greeter about 20 minutes later and she was holding a card with someones name on it. I believe she was waiting for the next group to arrive so we could take the bus together. In that way they didn't have to come back to get the other fare.
