During my B. Com Graduation, I had two exams in one day. In each exam, they follow the same type of framing timetable. So, I thought like that. Before 5 mins to enter into examination hall, I got to know that I studied for another subject. I got tensed, because this was my first time. I don't know, How to manage. I wrote whatever I understood and leave. Finally, I got pass marks. This situation taught me also. After that incident, I will recheck each and everything before going or doing anything.

My toughest challenge in my work experience is that I was asked to handle a new technical domain part of my project. Although I was trained in the technology, it was quiet challenging to understand the requirements and confirm on the efforts its going to take. However, my manager was a nice person, he stood with me in initial days and give me extra days to sort things out. After few tasks I was rather becoming a expert and was able to help many who joined with me.

I feel Challenges make us strong and sound in technical skills.

I believe challenges make us better. Once a time in my work, I faced a situation where I had to dispatch high volume of product orders on time in the absence of other staff members but there are manpower shortages and loading machinery breakdown at the time of loading. At that time, I learnt how to faced that situation and overcome it with abilities and a positive attitude towards my responsibilities.

Now, coming to the point, for me the toughest challenge in my work is when manpower gets fluctuated & there is the absenteeism of manpower, due to this time is being got hard to work in this situation & the second one, In my earlier company I was looking production in my previous company.

But at present time I am working as an improvement engineer, there is many ups & downs in my carrier, so this condition is very toughest & challenging for me.

The toughest challenge is convincing these people here that my answer is a good one so that I get some points. You can't convince people who are keen in pointing out mistakes alone. And a word of advice to such people, don't beg to these companies for a job. Just claim it with dignity. Don't forget they need you for a lot of reasons. But you need them just for "$".

There is no tough or easy challenges. Only the situations and perception towards that challenges make it tough or easy. So I have one situation during my college days. Both my semester exam and professional exam comes in the same day but timing is different for exam papers. Semester exam was in the morning and Professional exam was in the forenoon. I don't want to give up both exams. I wrote semester exam only for 2 hours out of 3 hours and it takes 30 mins to reach professional exam centre and attended that exam too. At the end of the day, I cleared the Semester exam with 79% and qualified as CMA.

In shifts also peoples were playing politics not to provide material on time and breakdown to machine. Again, I proved myself that I can able to give you output in any situation. The toughest challenge that I faced in my career, was the customer who was so angry as the product didn't reach him on the time and date that was promised to him. He called up the office and I was the one who answered the call. As I said "Hello" he started yelling at me. Why? the product is not delivered to me as promised by your office I have been waiting for the product since morning, when I called 2 hours back they said in another 3 hours we will deliver it.

1st I listen calmly to the customer and listen carefully to what exactly he wants. Now when my turn came to talk at 1st I apologised to him for not been able to live up to his exceptions and tried to empathy with him and assured him that by the end of the day the product will be delivered to him. After completing the call I sat with my team I asked them what was the reason for not delivering it. They said the catalogue which was to be sent is not ready I sat with them and got the catalogue done. After that, I personally took the catalogue for the delivery and handed over to the client.

When I reached the client's place at first he was annoyed then after looking at the catalogue he was happy, to make him feel better I told him on next catalogue we are going to work on some discount for him.
