“Life After Lockup” returns for a season 4 premiere on Friday, July 29 (7/29/2022) as former inmates face temptations, parole and navigate the challenges of love and reality after being in prison.

The season 4 premiere, “Can’t Stop Destiny,” will air at 9 p.m. ET on WE tv, and can be streamed live on DirecTV Stream, Philo and other live TV services.

The smash hit spinoff of “Love After Lockup” brings a mix of new former inmates and returning cast members back as they wrestle with life on the outside. Secrets will be revealed, bonds will be tested, and the couples will see if they can stay committed, or if a relationship feels like a prison of its own.
