Absolutely terrible connectivity - the amount of times the people around me had perfect signal mean while I had 3 bars and still struggled to even load a web page is ridiculous. Not to mention when I tried to go to customer service, the web page gave me an error! Please for the love of all you hold dear, choose a different service. I've never had more thoughts about switching than I did when I changed to straight talk. I honestly wish there was more to discourage people from using this service

I like having this app for the widget, it allows me to see how much data is left until the next due date. However, the widget is way too large, pretty much takes up an entire page. I have to get rid of the app, as it likes to turn on my wifi by itself. I have taken the app permissions away, and it still turns on my wifi. I turned off everything on my phone that would turn wifi on, and this app still manages to turn it back on. Filthy.

There's an issue with logging in. It doesn't recognize my phone as a device. Just some weird number that I nicknamed under the impression that's my device. It never allows you to change your birthdate. There's are a lot of bugs that need to be fixed with this app. Otherwise, it'll be perfect. Easy to use as I've had it on another ST device. No other history and info is coming up under this app present day. All in all, with the updates, this app could very easy and convenient.

What's new
Improvements to app stability.
My mom was cut off today despite doing everything ST (BYOP account) said, get a new updated sims and phone (Pixel 6 on AT&T's approved list.) So, she went to AT&T and opened a new account and they ported her number over. What was interesting is that I verified her ST account and Pin via texting "FOUR" and "NTP" to 611611, but the AT&T rep said both of those were wrong. Luckily AT&T has a good porting department so they dealt with ST.
Glad she is off ST. I will be moving soon. They are a mess.
