How do I submit a claim to Blue Shield CA?Claims should be submitted to Blue Shield of California via the Real-Time Claims web tool or electronically using Electronic Data Interchange, though they can also be submitted by mail.
How do I file a claim with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois?Claims may be submitted one-at-a-time by entering information directly into an online claim form on the vendor portal; or batch claims may be submitted via your Practice Management System (check with your software vendor to ensure compatibility).
How do I cancel my Blue Shield insurance in California?You must call Customer Service, (855) 836-9705, to have them cancel your current medical plan because, legally, Blue Shield cannot cancel your plan without your authorization.
