As a licensed healthcare treatment center, services provided by Pediatric Hair Solutions are reimbursable by many insurance plans based on the member’s out of network benefits. Payment is made by patients at the time of service.

At discharge, we provide you with a pre-filled form needed to submit claims for reimbursement. We also accept FSA and HSA cards.

Pediatric Hair Solutions has a staff member available to answer any questions you may have and provide assistance in submitting claims.

You may also request a letter of medical necessity written by the Medical Director at Pediatric Hair Solutions, Dr. John Fassler.

YOU COULD BE COVERED!

We Accpet Insurance

Lice Clinics of America-Columbus is a licensed head lice treatment center. We accept insurance and other forms of payment. Many insurance companies will reimburse you for the cost of your treatment.  For your convenience, we provide you with the appropriate form including the diagnostic and procedure codes needed to submit a claim for reimbursement.  Your pre-filled CMS 1500 form to file with your insurance provider will be included with your discharge papers. If your claim is denied, you can request a letter of medical necessity from the clinic.

We accept insurance as well as Health Savings Accounts (HSA) using debit/credit cards. A Health savings account is  type of account that allows you to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified medical expenses. By using untaxed dollars in a Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and some other expenses, you can lower your overall health care costs.

Also, we will accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)using debit/credit cards, which one can open regardless of if they have a high deductible health plan (HDHP) or not.  Only caveat is self-employed individuals cannot open an FSA account.

Discounts are available for those patients with Medicare/Medicaid plans. Please call the clinic for further information.
