Rooms were well kept an roomy. Cons:Had trouble with electronic key an getting on the internet Pros:It's beautiful and cozy. Cons:There was no refrigerator in our room. Some medications need refrigeration like insulin and eye drops. We could have also enjoy a cold beer in our room. Pros:The houlihans on site. Cons:No fridge and a little over priced Pros:Clean and friendly. Well appointed. Well above average quality for area. Great restaurant, excellent room service. Secure elevators. Cons:Parking is a bit tricky. Events/restaurant can fill the most accessible spaces. Internet a bit sketchy in our room. No free breakfast. Pros:The stay was excellent. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Location in town was perfect Cons:Everything was great. Pros:Clean, quiet rooms with dark out blinds. We had two high school sports teams also staying on our floor...and a dog...never heard a thing. The staff went above and beyond. The housekeeper left us personal notes thanking us for the tip and asking what she could do to complete our stay. The last day, a note of blessing for safe travel. The front desk staff helped corral my three toddler grandchildren in the lobby while we visited our four kids. When they got bored and unruly, they found a coloring book, crayons and warm cookies. They were professional and unobtrusive, but very attentive! Spa was hot, the food was delicious. We will use them every time we visit. Cons:Wish we had a microwave in our room. There was one in the snack hut/gift shop so no biggie. 2431 North Glenstone Avenue, Springfield, MO 65803
