The friction reducer is necessary to reduce the frictional effects (extra pressure) that occur as water is pumped down the long pipe (wellbore) during the hydraulic fracture treatment.
Is friction reducer hazardous?This product does not contain any hazardous ingredients, or ingredients with national workplace exposure limits. If inhaled, remove from area to fresh air. Get medical attention if respiratory irritation develops or if breathing becomes difficult.
