Levi was great! Very knowledgeable and able to share that knowledge with the entire group. Want a great fishing excursion? Take this one!

Aug 2022 - Mark S.

Wow, what a trip. Levi, our guide, was entertaining, informative, and knowledgeable. During the ride to the stream he educated us about the local landscape, people, customs, history, and of course the fishing. I caught a salmon on my first cast and almost every cast I made while at the stream. The action was non-stop. The location was absolutely beautiful and bald eagle sightings were the norm while fishing. Levi took care of everything from removing our fish to retying our lines after the occasional break off. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone regardless of your fishing experience level. I plan to return to Alaska and will take this excursion every time I am there.

Such a wonderful experience! My 13 year old and I caught plenty of salmon. Wow do they fight! Our guide, Levi, was great! Very knowledgeable about the area and really made the trip. Hope to come back and share this experience with the rest of the family. Thank you!

Best excursion ever!!!! Our guide (Levi) was experienced, knowledgeable, and overall just amazing! Highly recommend!

Sep 2019 - James L.

Had a great time fishing with Levi and caught a couple of pink salmon. I suggest having the correct shade of sunglass lens to see the fish better.

Sep 2019 - Raymond H.

Levi, our guide was a local, full of knowledge and so helpful, he put us onto the with the first cast. Would recommend to my best friend. Hutcho

This was my favorite excursion I did on our cruise. Very nice guides and a great location on private land, so we were the only ones there. They gave us the option to either go to a close location and fish longer or drive further out. Our group chose the closer location which I was happy about. I must have hooked up 15 fish and landed 7 or 8 chum and pink salmon. SOO fun!

Aug 2019 - DEWEY M.

My three kids and I had a terrific time. It was one of the best days of fishing I have ever had. We all caught lots of fish with the help of our two knowledgeable and friendly guides. My kids can't wait to go fishing again.

Highlight of my Alaskan trip. Kenny and Harry were awesome Very knowledgeable in all aspects of Alaska, fishing, safety and bears. We actually even had a bear encounter while fishing. We were prepared based upon their instruction and felt very safe. Caught lots of pink and chum salmon and even a couple cutthroat trout. Highly recommend Kenny and Harry as they make you feel like you have known them for years. Great time.

This was one of the highlights of my husbands whole holiday & the fact they caught 4 large silver salmon made the experience even better - he said Horace his guide was great.

Sep 2018 - Jerome P.

We had a fantastic day of fishing. Horace was an outstanding guide, very informative and helpful. We caught Coho Salmon and even saw Brown Bears up close during our fishing adventure. If you want a true Alaska fishing adventure this is a must do excursion.

Sep 2018 - Cassidy S.

We had an amazing fishing trip!! Everyone in our group caught fish! I caught 3 and my husband caught around 5. Our guide, Horass, was amazing. Very knowledgeable. We got to see 8 bears as well which was a plus. This was definitely one of the best parts of our trip to Alaska.

Sep 2018 - Robert G.

Bob thoroughly enjoyed his fishing experience and really enjoyed his guide.

Sep 2018 - Erin G.

This was such a memorable experience! Our guide, Horrace, was excellent!!

Sep 2018 - Margaret F.

This was an amazing experience, not only did our group catch salmon but so did the bears on the opposite side of the creek! Our guide Horace was excellent and we were confident he had the situation under control at all times, advising us what to do and when, while the bears were present. Highly recommend this tour to others.

Aug 2018 - Janette B.

Excellent tour, Our guide was very informative and took us quite a long way to make sure we enjoyed our day.

Aug 2018 - Jan R.

Great fishing trip- just the long drive to get to the stream was the only negative issue with this excursion. Guide was friendly and went out of his way to find us a bear on the way back to the ship.

Aug 2018 - Bruce S.

Great wilderness stream fishing with a guide that knew where to find the salmon while maintaining safety of the group against bears. Great opportunity for beginners or experienced fishermen.

Jul 2018 - Kimberly C.

Our guide was very informative. However, we weren't aware we would be driving 2 hours to the stream (he was waiting for the ride to come in, but we didn't know this at first.). Then when we got to the stream, the whole area was over run with other tours and families getting out and playing and throwing rocks right in the narrow stream we were trying to fish. Before they all showed up it was a peaceful experience, but then just became frustrating as more buses kept dropping off their guest families and children.

Jul 2018 - James M.

Great tour. Guides were great. Scenery was spectacular. We saw a bunch of brown bears along the way. One word of advice: you need strong kidneys as it was almost six hours without a chance to use any facilities without the threat of a brown bear. Also pack some snack food.

Jul 2018 - Bryan M.

We had a great time on the fishing excursion! Our guide was awesome and he gave us some amazing smoked Salmon on the excursion. My favorite part of the excursion was when my husband and I both caught a Salmon at the same time! The car ride was bumpy so if you get carsick take meds before you go but the scenery was beautiful and the guide was very knowledgeable. We did see a bear on the way to go fishing. We also saw eagles on the beach and trees and whales in the ocean as we fished. We fished in the bay towards the ocean because the Salmon weren't really running in the stream but it was still a blast. Our group of 9 caught 25 fish total.

Jul 2018 - Michael G.

The guides were wonderful but we spent 3 hours driving and only one hour fishing - not something I could recommend to others

Sep 2017 - Jean-Paul L.

Had a great day of fishing, caught plenty of silver and pink salmon. Even got to see a few brown bears!

Sep 2017 - Steven H.

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Our guide was excellent and adapted to our requests. Seeing the salmon run was a great experience.

Sep 2016 - Deborah M.

My husband liked this trip even though he did not catch any fish. Guide was knowledgeable.

Sep 2016 - Jim K.

Absolutely loved it! Caught tons of fish! Saw three bear - one right on the other side of the stream eating fish. Guide was great!

Sep 2016 - John D.

Had a great excursion with Jacobe the guide. It was like fishing with one of my sons.

Aug 2016 - Jana P.

We were surprised by the 45 minute drive to the fishing, but it was a great experience and our guides were fantastic. We caught lots of fish and saw a bear.

Aug 2016 - Maria B.

Liked the area & wildlife . Fishing guide was good.
