Pros:Everything was great!

Cons:Room 619. It's falling apart. Drawer handle for desk came off. Paint peeling on the shower ceiling and tv audio was. Ad. Bed is the worse bed I have sleep in in 20 years of hotel travel.

Cons:It was outdated. Everything in the room felt like it was old.

Pros:I travel twice a year to Houston and I liked the general area of where the hotel is located. Also had a few outstanding employees!!

Cons:I didn't like that my room wasn't cleaned the last day I was there I had to ask for towels the last two days and when told staff at front desk my room hadn't been cleaned the response I was given was eww! Was given a free breakfast but not compensated in any other way. Where as if you stay else where and have an issue with the room you get refunded money for that day.

Pros:Cost relative to other 4 star hotels! nice atmosphere

Pros:The hotel itself was nice, however, there was no pool/hot tub. The hotel had a luxury feel from the moment we walked in. It was in an excellent location with easy access to the airport and major highways in Houston.

Cons:The air conditioning in the room was not working. The room was warmer than desired at night. The light over the bath tub was not working. But all in all it was a great place to stay for the money.

Pros:Restaurant closed. Bar uncomfortable for dining. Food too much butter/oil. Low on staff for dining in bar/lounge . Disappointing. Bed was very comfortable!

Pros:I liked the fact that they had a complimentary airport shuttle.

Cons:The neighborhood is 'transitional'. I had my dog with me as we were taking an international flight the next morning and I was able to walk her for about five minutes before I had to turn around because the community went from questionable to bad very quickly. Also, my in-room dining menu was missing the lunch and dinner section. I called to request someone bring up a menu, but nobody ever came. Finally I went down to get a dinner menu from the restaurant and was presented with a lunch menu. Ordered room service for breakfast and could only eat the potatoes and the english muffin because the eggs weren't made from eggs; they tasted like cardboard.

Cons:Did not have my reservation when I arrived, asked me to call kayak myself to sort it out. The building is very old and not well maintained. I got a glass with lipstick on at breakfast...
