The place consistently smelled like pot.jesna22 , Sep 07, 2022 Everything was broken and filthy. The elevators, the kitchen appliances for breakfast, laundry, the ice machine were all broken. There were cracks in the ceiling, the walls and in our shower. Black mold also in the shower. Bathroom sink didn't work. Back door did not lock, and our room key wouldn't unlock the other doors from the outside. When we tried to use our key to get back into the hotel, (from the back entrance, because the front elevator was out!), the key would not work. We went around to the front, and got through the first door, but the second was locked. We knocked, and no one came. When we called the front desk, we were directed to the central reservation center. We could not get a hold of the front desk at that time. We tried calling 45 minutes later, and still nothing. We finally decided to ride 30 minutes to the airport and sit there, even though we knew that our flight was canceled. I’m sure you can see why I am a tad upset. I was able to get in touch with a manager this morning. The manager said that I had to take the issue up with hopper. She also said that I should have rang the doorbell.. Because it can wake up the dead. She did not offer anything for the troubles, after saying she would look into what happened. She only directed me to hopper.
