Worst experience ever. Left my car to get detailed, came back in 1 hour and my keys were nowhere to be found. The staff went to jail and I had to call the police department to see if the inmate had my keys. They said he did, so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes in 100 degree weather to get my car keys. The general manager tells me it’s out of his hands and don’t want to give me money back.. Very dissatisfied!!!!!!!!

Mainland Car Wash, Palmer Hwy., Texas City STOP!!! Do NOT take your vehicle here, and if you do, do not trust them. They managed to lose my SUV antennae. I can understand an honest mistake, but they told me it was put in my center console. So then where is it? Not in the car, tore it apart, it is still at this incompetent car wash. Oh, and don't expect the manager to make it right, all you get is 'Sorry'. Sorry is right.

This place is a joke! The mechanics tried telling me that I needed a "special" oil filter for my car in order to get the oil change done. The first time several years ago they did the same thing but the oil change was already in progress and I couldn't do anything about it. I thought that maybe things were better this time around but nope, I was informed before the oil change, thank goodness about this "special" filter that would cost extra. I told them to drop the hood because I was going somewhere else! I've talked to several other ladies who have had the same thing happen to them. They need to be investigated.

I am extremely disappointed. As much as I paid to have my car cleaned, the windows are still dirty, the bottom of the windshield and there was no armorall on the outside bumpers or running boards. I had to clean under the emergency break and they didn't move the back floormat and vacuum under it. I asked the guy who sold me the package.. He said that I didn't pay for a wax so they couldn't do the bumpers or running boards. I work in Texas City and thought I would take a chance and try this place... I will not do that again!

As much as I spend on a detail at this car wash, they still can't get the job done. Twice now I have paid for a "hand wax" which is done with a buffer & each time the roof remains filthy. Today I brought it to their attention & was told, "oh, we do it next time". Next time my A$$. $75 & you can't do what you say/advertise? BS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Went to get my vehicle inspected and was denied because my exhaust supposedly wasnt long enough. Not to mention the only inspector spoke almost no English so I could barely understand what he was saying. Went to another place down the street and was told that everything was fine. I got a new exhaust put on a few months ago and the company obviously wouldn't do anything to a vehicle that wouldn't pass inspection. Hire English speaking people that know what they are doing!! This is America...

Things missing after carwash! – My friends watch came up missing while he was having his jeep cleaned. He had to call the police and make a report. The car wash manager were very rude and did not even care. I will never do business with them again and I will tell everyone about what happened there!
