I used to work at CVS as a cashier and have about a year of retail experience. But I also struggle with pretty severe social anxiety. I'm sure that working at Target isn't a great job. Is Target easy to work at?Fun and flexible
Working at target has been great, they are very flexible with your schedule and care about you. Working in the fulfillment department is definitely a bit stressful since sometimes the orders are a lot, but if there's enough team members it will be fine.
Does Target hire no experience?They look for people who have knowledge of basic guest service principles, retail business experience, and can support a daily/weekly workload that delivers on set goals. Similarly, you can apply to work in a Target store on a more permanent basis.
What is the easiest job to get at Target?A cashier, because its easy to learn and it helps with customer service skills.
Is Target hard to get into?A "Target" school is a school that has a reasonable probability to admit you if you were to apply. Not too easy (those are "Safety" schools), but not too hard either. A "Reach" school is a school that would be really hard for you to get into.
