To perform a factory reset using the headset:

Factory reset does what the term describes: it resets the headset to a factory state, wiping the storage. You lose all your save data (unless the game has cloud saves) and have to go through the process of setting up the headset again. Then you just download the apps again.

Doubtful you will do anything that would require a factory reset. If anything, you'd just have to delete Beat Saber and download it again from the store and try re-patching it. How to factory reset an Oculus Quest using the headset

1. Hold the power and volume down buttons at the same time with your Quest turned off. Keep pressing them until the boot up screen appears.

2. Use the volume buttons to toggle to "Factory Reset," and then press the power button.

3. Toggle to "Yes" with the volume buttons, then press the power button to confirm.
